Homework: Quiz on "The Four Freedoms" and "Inaugural Address" (Friday, November 17th)
1. Naviance (Directions are in Google classroom.) Copy and past your results in a Doc and submit to Google classroom.

 2. Late work (Assignments #1-#26) due by in the end of class on November 15th 
This also includes revisions for the Q.1 Page 122 essay. There is a new place for revisions to be submitted in turnitin.com.

 3. Read "Inaugural Address" on page 283 and do the Analyze the Text on page 288.

1. Naviance video (You can watch this in Google classroom if you were absent or need to see it again.)
2. Review Essay format (See the handout and ask questions in class today, next class and tutorial Thursday.)  
3. Do revisions on your essay and or work on your essay if you want to submit it by the revisions/late deadline.
4.  Group Quiz corrections for Ds and Fs. Poetry Group Quiz
5. Start your homework if you are done early and or late work.

Read the "Midas Touch" in Google classroom or your workbook. Do the comprehension check so you are ready for a group discussion next class. We are going to finish group work next class. Due today: Absent/Late page 408 Paragraphs (See Google classroom for more details.) Final Exam Reminders

Please come to the final exam on time and be ready to participate during the entire final exam time. (You must remain in class seated until the bell rings.) I recommend that you bring a pencil and eraser to your English Final exam. No personal cell phones or personal electronics may be used until every student has finished the final exam. School Chrome books may only be used for Part B (Unit 4 Essay). If you finish early you may work on an independent quiet activity. (Remember that finals are being taken next door and near our classroom that may last all period. Students may be working in your class all period so plan ahead.) Please return your novel, Lord of the Flies or Night,  during library hours or with another final exam appointment. (We already had our return appointment and will not be leaving the classroom during the final exam.)
