1. Annotate "The Fall of the House of Usher" in your workbook by highlighting/underlining the elements of lit. on your C-notes. Also, add questions and comments you have. We can add to this after our class discussion next Tuesday.
2. Do workbook page 31 (1-5) comprehension questions.
3. Read your Independent Reading Book
Your Book Review will be due October 17th. I will have hard copies next class period, if needed. You may type this and submit early or submit by the deadline.

#3 and #4 in class or at home. Questions will be due once #5 and #6 have been assigned.

#4 Make a detailed prediction about what will happen next.

3. Submit any late or absent work.
