The Tempest Act IV Quiz: Thursday, February 15th

(I will give out a study guide next class period. Any Tempest, Act I quiz corrections must be completed by Thursday, February 15th. Come to tutorial or see me to make a lunch  appointment next week if you are interested.)


Homework:

1. Finish reading The Tempest - Act III (Do workbook pages 568 and 569.)

2. Bring any missing work to update your grade for Progress Grades.


 Due today:

  • The Tempest - Act II packet

  • Be ready for page 530, 531 and an annotation check next class period.


 Agenda:

1. Characterization: Assigned groups to show the physical and personality of an assigned character.

2. Discussion: See me for questions.

Bring your workbook to class daily for participation. Be patient for grade updates as tonight is Back to School Night and I was out yesterday with a sub. Homework: 1. Bring your Independent Reading Book to class to read next class period for your warm-up. Finish questions #1 and #2 if you did not already. 2. Read the rest of page 16 through page 19 for your homework. "The Fall of the House of Usher" found in your workbook. Do the close reading on pages 14, 17 and 19 in your workbook. Be sure to annotate these pages also. Due today: Independent Reading signature sheet. (Bring your Vocabulary sheet to class next class period to be checked at the start of class.)
